Ridge 2026 HOA annual meeting & Board elections

The Ridge HOA Annual Meeting and Board Elections will be held on Wednesday, July 8th, at 6:00 PM at the pavilion in the Ridge’s Big Park.

During the meeting, we will review the accomplishments of the past year, hear our Treasurer’s annual report, discuss plans for the coming year, and introduce the Board’s nominees. There will also be an opportunity for homeowners to ask questions and share any comments or concerns.

Attached, you will find the meeting agenda and questionnaires for the three Board nominees: Diane Cooper, Connie Rowe, and Kim Suchan, who have been nominated to serve on the Ridge HOA Board.

Light refreshments, including water and cookies, will be provided. We encourage homeowners to bring a folding or camping chair if convenient, as seating at the pavilion tables and benches is limited and some may prefer additional comfort

We sincerely hope you will attend. A minimum of 46 Ridge households must be represented in order to establish a quorum and conduct HOA business.

If you are unable to attend in person, please complete, sign, and provide the attached proxy form to a neighbor who will be attending so we can move forward with important Ridge business. If needed, Board members may be knocking on doors to assist in collecting signed proxy forms so we can meet quorum requirements.

We look forward to seeing you there!
