Eyes on Federal Way: report issues to the city
Eyes on Federal Way (powered by SeeClickFix) is the city’s app for reporting non-emergency, non-crime issues: potholes, abandoned shopping carts, garbage in the streets, street maintenance, street light requests, downed trees, and other quality-of-life problems. The app uses GPS to recognize your location, gives you a menu of common issue types to select from, and lets you upload pictures with your request. You can also track the status of reports submitted by you or other members of the community.
- Report online: federalwaywa.gov/eyesonfederalway
- iPhone: Download on the App Store
- Android: Get it on Google Play
Privacy note: Posts on Eyes on Federal Way are not anonymous by default. If you would like to keep your name off the public report, be sure to select “Yes” when asked if you want to hide your identity.

Location note: The map pin defaults to your current location, not where your photo was taken. If you snap a picture at the scene but submit the report later from home, the pin will land on your house unless you move it. Before publishing, double check that the pin is placed on the location of the issue you are reporting.
