The Ridge Board of Directors is a volunteer seven member board, with members serving staggered three-year terms. Homeowners’ vote for board members annually at The Ridge Homeowners’ Association Annual Meeting, or by mailing or turning in a proxy prior to that meeting & elections. Ridge Board members are excepted to:
- Serve a three year term
- Attend monthly Board meetings
- Have a thorough understanding of the Ridge CC&Rs, By-laws and Community Rules
- Be knowledgeable in the Ridge finances, budgeting and the prioritization of spending
- Participate on one or more standing Committees
- Be available and responsive to homeowner’s issues and concerns in a timely manner.
- Most importantly, board members shall work collaboratively and strive for fairness and consensus in their decision making.
