Thanks to careful planning and diligent cost-management over the past year, we are happy to announce that:
There Will Be No Dues Increase in 2026!
Annual dues will remain $800, paid in two installments:
- $400 due January 1, 2026
- $400 due July 1, 2026
By successfully reducing or holding steady many of our operating expenses, the HOA will be able to allocate additional funds toward necessary capital improvements, such as repainting our common fences, while also continuing to fully fund our reserves.
